Privacy Policy

What I collect

Only what you give me: your name, phone number, email address, and the answers you provide in a form, the home finder, or the chat assistant (for example bedrooms, price range, or the community you're interested in). I don't collect Social Security numbers, financial account details, or credit information through this website.

The same is true in person. If you sign in on the iPad in one of my model homes, I collect exactly what that screen asks for — your name, cell number, optional email, whether you are already working with an agent, your timeframe, and what you are interested in — plus which model home you signed in at. Nothing is collected in the background, and there is no camera, no location tracking and no scanning of any kind on that iPad.

Why I collect it

To respond to your inquiry about a new home — sending you matching homes, answering questions, and arranging a visit. That's it. I don't use it for unrelated marketing.

Text messages (SMS)

Texting is opt-in and always separate. Every place on this site that asks for a phone number — the Schedule a Visit form, the home finder, and the chat assistant — carries a consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. Ticking it means:

“I agree to receive text messages from Tony Gutierrez about my home inquiry, including appointment reminders and availability updates. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything, of getting a price, or of scheduling a visit. If you leave the box unticked I will not text you — the form still submits and I will follow up by phone or email instead.

How to stop texts

Reply STOP to any message and the texts stop immediately. Reply HELP for help. You can also call or text or email tony@tonygutierrezrealtor.com and ask me to remove your number. Opting out of texts does not remove you from anything else — you keep your home search, and I keep helping.

Who I share it with

I never sell your information.

Mobile opt-in and SMS consent data are never shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. That is not a general statement about “your data” — it is specific to the phone number you give me and the record of whether you agreed to be texted, and it holds without exception. No lead buyer, no marketing list, no affiliate, no other agent. Your number is never sold or rented.

The rest of what you tell me I share only where it's needed to help you buy a home — for example with D.R. Horton or DHI Mortgage if you ask about a specific home or financing — and with the service providers that run this site's forms, messaging, and analytics on my behalf. Those providers process it on my instructions and may not use it for their own marketing.

Analytics

This site uses standard web analytics and advertising measurement tools to understand which pages and homes people find useful. These use cookies and similar technology. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.

How long I keep it

As long as it's useful for helping you with a home search, unless you ask me to delete it sooner.

Getting your information removed

Email tony@tonygutierrezrealtor.com or call/text and ask me to delete your information. I'll take care of it. To stop texts at any time, reply STOP.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13 and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
